As women over 40, statistics show this season can feel like our toughest. Research highlights that life satisfaction dips dramatically in our 40s, before rising again in our 50s. AARP data tells us 40% of women over 40 have faced job interruptions, and 70% were out of work for six months or more. Meanwhile, approximately one-third of professionals aged 45–54 are already planning a major career change prior to retirement.
If you’ve ever looked in the mirror and asked, “Is this really it?”, you’re not alone—and you’re not stuck.
How we think shapes what we do—and ultimately, who we become. A shift in mindset can ignite clarity, courage, and the momentum to build a truly fulfilling life.
With only 30 women, this isn’t a conference, it’s a sisterhood. Think deep connection, unfiltered sharing, breakthrough insights.
Whether you bring a notebook, a candle-lit corner, or a cup of tea, you’re stepping into a safe container to be seen, heard, and celebrated.
If the longing in your heart feels urgent—if this feels like something you must do—then this is your sign.
Secure your spot today and begin the journey to a bolder, more intentional life. Because you deserve a mindset—and a life—that reflects who you truly are.
